Saudade in Cologne

A real insider tip in Ehrenfeld! The wine selection is excellent as are the dishes. I recommend the shrimp! We are always greeted and served in a very friendly manner ... a great atmosphere! The only problem ... you always have to make a reservation because it is so busy :)!

Carmen cooks very tasty and Alvaro is a very good wine knowledgeable, we will be back.

The small tapas plate is a good start. Octopus and lamb chops were excellent. Aioli personally too much garlic and vino verde on tap too sour and too much carbonic acid. The wine recommendation for the main course was very good. Not to forget the mega sexy voice of Garçom?

The Saudade is a cozy little tapas shop in the middle of Ehrenfeld. He is known for his good wine list and for his delicious gambas. There is also Super Bock on tap here. Delicious! The service is totally friendly and attentive. People like to go here.

Lovely restaurant that made a perfect Mediterranean style gin tonic. Wine was great as well. I thought the food was pretty good as well, but the reason to come here is for the drinks. Great service too!!

I believe it is a Portuguese Bar and not a Restaurant. While Bar, with its long wine list, offers good options to taste a Portuguese wine, but despite the good appearance of the snacks served, they are ... snacks, serve the purpose of helping you not to get drunk. The fries seemed to have been frozen and I ordered shrimps without pepper, it came very spicy, I asked to change and it returned without taste and still with pepper. (If for some technical reason the restaurant can not serve a recipe without pepper, the simplest is to tell the customer and suggest another dish, but never contradict the customer about something he knows he is eating). I recommend the place with only bar, it is close to everything, easy to get to, it has clean bathrooms, good tables and moderate price.

Best wine on tap!! (which you can purchase bottles to bring home!) Oh, and the food is also great! With a very chill, pleasant atmosphere.
